Denise Roistacher, M.A., is a learning facilitator, leadership coach and consultant for Kivler Communications. She has over 20 years of experience working globally, in a variety of industries, to accelerate business performance and professional development. She applies her knowledge of organizational development, group dynamics and emotional intelligence to enable her clients to navigate business challenges more smoothly during times of tremendous change and stress. In her role as Head of Learning and Organization Development for North America at Willis Towers Watson, Denise worked to oversee the development and execution of leadership and learning initiatives for 6,500 leaders and staff. She held significant Talent Development positions in her career including leading the organizational development and executive coaching practice at the Federal Reserve Bank. She also served as a learning leader at JP Morgan Chase where she developed and delivered learning programs for hundreds of employees in the United States and internationally.
